In House Volunteering

What to Expect

"...Those chosen to be gatekeepers at the thresholds...had been assigned to their positions of trust by David and Samuel the prophet.  They and their descendants were in charge of guarding the gates of the House of the Lord..."

- 1 Chronicles 9:22-23 NIV

Thank you for your interest in our Ministry at the gate as a Greeter.  Greeters make the first impression on every person that enters our church building.  By greeting them warmly and sincerely, they are built up in the faith and prepared to enter into a more meaningful worship experience.  Greeters also provide directions and escort, if necessary, to Sunday Connect classes or other activities. We also distribute literature and answer any questions visitor may have about our church.

What you need to know:
  • Be ready to serve at 8:10 for the 8:30 service.
  • Be ready to serve at 10:20 for the 10:45 serve.
  • Be ready to smile and have a great time!
